Step 1. 

First step begins with the consultation process. To ensure that we make the best use of our time, we encourage clients to collect inspiration for the project at hand. Then we set up the initial consult in-person or over the phone. Our initial consultations are $100 for the first hour and $80 each additional hour. We establish the client's vision and help lay the groundwork to bring it to life. Once step 1 is complete, it's now time to start creating.

Step 2. 

Second step begins with the Design process. At this point, we have assessed the needs of the client and suggested what services will get the client where they want to be. Once we've discovered the client's needs, we can propose a plan of action which may include some of the products we offer:

  • Invitations

  • Event Logos

  • Save The Dates

  • Event Websites

  • and MORE

The client then chooses the services they'd like and submit it for invoicing. Then the client submits certain information and tools provided so we can bring their dreams and visions to life. We continue to collaborate until we have a product we are both proud of.

Step 3. 

The final step is the Showtime Process. At this point, we are applying the finishing touches; checking for spelling, grammar, and other details. We then strategize to finish the project we worked so hard for and plan to release it to the world.

  • Consultations: $100 (Non-Refundable)​

    • It is REQUIRED that you setup a consultation so your finished product reflects the soul of your intentions.

    • *$80 Each Additional Hour

  • Websites: $100 Deposit, $70 Hourly

Terms & Conditions

Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable.

A La Carte design deposit is 50% of subtotal.

Corrections and edits start at $20.00.

Master files are never distributed to the client.

Once the deposit is received, the client has two dedicated weeks to work with the designer and complete the project (unless otherwise agreed upon due to project scope).

After final design approval, the client has a maximum of two weeks to pay the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid within that time, a 25% late fee will be added to the original total.

Final designs will not be released without full payment.

Edit & Revision Policy

Each à la carte design includes one initial concept and one revision as part of the base price.

Additional Revisions or Major Redirection
Any changes beyond the included revision will incur a fee. A full redesign or shift in direction will require payment of the full à la carte price for the new design direction.

Post-Completion Edits
After a design has been completed and delivered, clients have up to 2 months to request minor edits at $20 per edit.

Archived Design Rework (Within 1 Year)
Clients may request updates to a completed design within 12 months of delivery at 50% of the original design cost, as long as the file is still archived by Kingfinity.

What Is A La Carte?

for clients with a clear direction, we also offer A La Carte pricing. This option saves you money by skipping the consultation and allows us to work directly from the concept and direction you provide.


When you choose the A La Carte option, you’ll submit a detailed description of your vision. This includes reference materials, specific design elements, color preferences, and any other creative details you want incorporated. Based on what you provide, we will deliver one initial design that reflects your concept.

After reviewing the design, if it doesn’t quite meet your expectations, you’ll have two options:

1. We can offer one revamp that moves the design in a new direction based on your feedback,

2. Or we can apply light edits to refine the original concept. This may include color tweaks, font changes, or minor layout adjustments to better align with your vision.

For clients who choose not to schedule a consultation.

This option is best for clients who already have a clear direction and are ready to move forward. Instead of a consultation, your provided vision is used as the basis for design. This includes one initial concept and one revision.
