– Payments are non-refundable (keeps things simple)
– Monthly memberships auto-renew on your billing date
– Annual memberships pay upfront for a smooth year ahead
– $50 sign-up fee for monthly memberships
– Need to cancel? Just email us 15 days before your next billing date
– Late payments may add a small fee so we can keep your projects on track

– One revision per design is included to keep things moving
– Need extra revisions or a new direction? We got you, but it’s an extra fee
– Ruby members can roll over unused designs (up to 12 months)
